Service Description

At Generation Well, we specialize in evaluating and managing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) for ages 5 and up. We provide ADHD evaluations for both adults and pediatric patients, utilizing the IVA-2 testing for newly diagnosed individuals. The IVA-2 provides a detailed report that patients can use for any future doctor's appointments or to support accommodations in work or school. For pediatric patients, our evaluation includes a thorough review of assessments from family members and educators, as well as screening for developmental disorders that can present with symptoms similar to ADHD. Additionally, we screen for comorbid conditions in both pediatric and adult patients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each individual's needs. Our evaluations include a detailed report that highlights strengths and areas for growth, which can help guide treatment and support. Additional fees apply for IEP and 504 plan support services. This service includes a follow up 30-minute appointment to discuss results and explore treatment options.
